This is an autographed, authenticated, picture of Muhammad Ali pre-Parkinson's, therefore the signature is very clear. It was donated by a family that receives services from Sherwood. They were not asked to donate - they just wanted a way to say thank you for the services their child receives. The family said it was the only thing of value they had to offer but that it was important to them that places like Sherwood stay open to families with DSHS because otherwise their son would not have the ability to communicate. It was a beautiful gesture of appreciation from a client who wanted to do what they can to make sure their child continues to be able to get the services they need.
