Position: Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator
Location: Snohomish based with outreach to outlying service area
Full time: 40hr/week, flexible scheduling including some weekends
Full Salary Range: $28.63 – 34.36 per hour
Hiring Wage: $28.63 – $31.50 per hour DOE
Position Summary
Represents the organization in a variety of public settings, increasing awareness to the community and potential new hires. Professional recruiter with a primary focus on recruiting hourly, salaried non-exempt or non-management exempt positions. Networks within the community and participates in job fairs, community events and public presentations. The Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator provides coordination support to different department teams, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a successful pre-hire experience. This role is vital in supporting the company’s growth and maintaining its employee-focused culture.
Qualifications:
The agency encourages exceptional candidates from a variety of backgrounds to apply including recent graduates, those seeking a transition from the private sector and people from diverse communities. The position requires a welcoming personality, a high level of confidence, empathy, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently. Minimum one year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Appropriate training and support will be provided.
