Early Supports Referrals

At Sherwood, we understand that the first three years of life are so important for development! If you are concerned about your infant or toddler reaching their developmental milestones, you can begin the early invention process today. You don't need a pediatrician’s referral to start services.

If you have a concern with your child or patient’s development, you can begin the early supports process by calling our office directly to begin your intake process over the phone:  (425) 404-3111 or (425) 404-3112.
