Hourly - Full Time, 40 Hours per Week
Salary Range: $26.00 - $33.80 DOE
Hiring Range: $26.00 - $29.90* DOE

The Career and Community Connection (CCC) Employment Specialist 2 Quality Assurance and Billing Specialist at Sherwood provides support to the CCC program as a whole to meet the requirements of referring stakeholders, in addition to providing billing support and reconciliation for the Program Managers. This position reports to the Director and is responsible for monitoring, developing, tracking, implementing, and supporting the overall CCC Program with the improvement of meeting contractual requirements and overall targeted goals of the program. This position represents the agency to stakeholders and requires dressing, communicating and conducting oneself professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
High School diploma with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience working with individuals in vocational settings. Previous successful administrative duties including, monitoring, developing, tracking, and implementing. Knowledge of funding sources and services including DDA/DVR/DSB etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong recordkeeping and financial management skills are a must. This position requires the ability to make independent judgment decisions in the best interest of the organization, and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. The ability to work collaboratively with co-workers, and other professionals is vital. Time management and organizational skills are pertinent. Must possess a valid WA state driver’s license, have automobile insurance, and use own vehicle on the job with mileage reimbursement. Must pass criminal background check.
