Position: Human Resource Generalist

Location: Lake Stevens

Full time: Salary Non-Exempt 32hr/week, Monday - Friday

Full Salary Range: $33.38 – $38.39 /hour (Salary Non-Exempt) 55,544.32 – 63,880.96*

Hiring Wage: $33.38 /hour (Salary Non-exempt) $55,544.32 /year

 

Position Summary

This position is an active member of the leadership team and is responsible for managing the organization’s human resources administration. Be a resource to directors and managers, administer employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Work under the direction of the Administration Director on HR issues, policy revisions and work collaboratively with our third-party HR.

 

Qualifications:

The position requires a welcoming personality, a high level of confidence, empathy, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • HR Certificate required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources

  • Familiarity with Payroll (Paylocity preferred)

  • Knowledge of current WA leave/benefit regulations required.

  • Employee Benefit Administration

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Attention to detail.

  • Time management skills are a must.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.

  • Familiarity with MS suite, Excel and accounting software
