Position: Program Administration Assistant

Location: Lake Stevens

Hours: 32 hours wk; flexible schedule, Monday - Friday

Salary Range: $21.00 - $27.30*

Hiring Range:  $21.00 - $24.15 DOE

Position Summary

The Program Administrative Assistant is part of the Early Supports program at Sherwood Community Services. We are a provider of early supports services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays under 3 years of age in Snohomish and Island Counties. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for all office duties including data entry, filling, form duplication, answering phone calls and staff support. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing all incoming referrals for early supports services.

 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in office administration is desired. Candidate should demonstrate proficiency of keyboarding, computer software, including Access and Excel. Attention to detail and organization skills are required. Experience with children with developmental disabilities and their families is a plus. Excellent oral communication skills are a must. Ability to work well with co-workers, families, and other professionals is vital. This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Candidate must pass a criminal background check.
