Position: Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Snohomish County

Part/Full time: Flexible Scheduling

Salary Range: $84,594 - 109,972* DOE

*Hiring Range: $84,594 - 97,283 DOE

Join our team at Sherwood as an Early Supports Speech Therapist! Make a difference in the lives of children and families.

 

Position Summary

Provide evaluation and therapy, to infants and toddlers throughout Snohomish County, in the areas of receptive and expressive language and oral motor skills. We emphasize an interactive parent coaching model in order to build family capacity to support the child’s learning and development. Services are provided in home, virtually or other typical community setting to increase the child’s participation in daily routines. Function as member of collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team.

 

Qualifications:

Professional certification and Licensure in speech therapy according to minimum standards of the State of Washington.  Must pass criminal background check. Experience providing pediatric services are preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Ability to work well with co-workers, families, and other professionals is vital.  Must possess a valid WA state driver’s license, have automobile insurance, and use own vehicle on the job. This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and to be creative and collaborative in providing care that addresses individual needs of our clients.
